Port of Call Marina is the only full-service marina located on the Ottawa river between Ottawa in the east and Fitzroy Harbor to the west. We do boat service and repairs, winter boat storage, summer seasonal docking, boat rentals, parts and accessories and custom dock manufacturing.
The Marine Technician will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing marine engines for our clients. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and servicing engine equipment, troubleshooting, and performing repairs.
To ensure success as a Marine Technician, you should have a basic understanding of inboard and outboard engines, be able to work on land and on the water, and be able to diagnose problems with electrical systems. We encourage candidates with automotive experience. If you are tired of working under a car, working on the water may be just the change you need.
