Last night it snowed for the first time. Today the crane is in the yard pulling the boats and docks that are too big to handle with our yard equipment. You can see the snow in the Gatineau hills blending in with the fall colours of the trees.
Ottawa got a lot more sow than we did here in Dunrobi...
Can you believe it is October already? My first season working at a marina since 1995 is already coming to close. It is a short season. As a business we are pretty busy from about mid-April until the end of November, but for most boat owners, the season is not much longer than 8-weeks.
